Terms for the agreement

  1. With conduction of the transaction the customer is responsible for the validity of all given information.
  2. It is only possible to buy one parking permit at a time.

Payment

  1. The customer pays online through the website www.parkeringskompagniet.dk
  2. Parkeringskompagniet uses QuickPay. QuickPay is approved by the respective redeemers with certified software, and transfers between QuickPay and the redeemers take place in encrypted form. QuickPay commits itself to be PCI-approved at all times, and thus complies with all the security requirements prescribed by PCI.
  3. The QuickPay payment solution uses SSL encryption in communication with the redeemers. Likewise, SSL/TLS encryption is used in the communication between the customers and the server where QuickPay is located. This means that all information sent over the Internet is encrypted with a security certificate.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility that the payment is received by Parkeringskompagniet ApS
  5. It is the customer’s responsibilty that the payment can be identified. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility that the payment is made for the right number plate. If the payment is made for a wrong license plate, payment for the customer’s license plate will not be considered as made before the payment deadline, after which a charge can be added to the reminder and interest may be imposed in accordance with the Interest Act, in relation to Our claim towards the customer

Price

  1. If there should be any extra fees because the customer uses a specific payment card, the customer will have to pay this extra amount in addition to the price Not all cards have an additional fee added to them
  2. There will only be added a transaction fee on company payment cards and payment cards issued outside of Europe Therefore there are not transaction fees on private payment cards issued in the EU
  3. For company cards and payment cards issued outside of the EU the fees and obligations issued by Provider and Betalingsgateway apply
  4. Fees and the total amount will be visible before the purchase is finally accepted
